The Flamingo Project, without doubt, was and still is, a game changer for me in terms of improving my attitude to healthier eating and core strength. I lost a lot of weight but did so not feeling particularly hungry and, most importantly (to me), did it whilst building a lot of core muscle. Sarita and Richard (and all the other coaches) are terrifically motivating and supportive and go above and beyond to help people make a success of the program. However, they are not overbearing and tailor the experience to the individual. I would recommend to anyone in any physical shape wanting to eat more healthily, learn some delicious new meals, lose weight, shed unwanted fat and/or build core muscle. I'll be joining my third program in a row in May and can't wait!

Absolutely fabulous program with coaches who are there to help and support every step off the way. Even with injuries and being unable to complete most of the exercises, with the help of the delicious food plans I still lost 20lb in 60 days! But most importantly I have managed to break some really unhealthy habits which will help me long after the program has finished. Thank you so much to Sarita and the team!
I have loved being part of the flock and completing the latest Flamingo Challenge! It has definitely helped to cement some of the life changes I made during the first challenge I completed. I love all the meals and many are now permanent additions to our weekly menus - top favourites are Satay Chicken, Vietnamese Prawns and Flamingo Pizza. The exercise side of the programme is very accessible with all classes being online, all led by the amazing Sarita and Heidi. I have lost weight, lost inches, dropped a dress size, sleep better and feel generally more alert - what’s not to like!! If you’re considering taking part in a Flamingo challenge I would say absolutely go for it, you have nothing to lose and so much to gain.
I have just been on my first ever Flamingo journey and what a ride. The coaches are amazing and so supportive the whole way. The food and exercise programme is addictive but for all the right reasons. I have been able to finally beat some serious bad eating habits and have stopped being stuck in the same cycle of unhealthy eating and as a bonus I have lost weight (that I never thought I'd be able to) and am leaner than I was 60 days ago. Injury stopped me from being able to participate with all the exercise classes however I have been able to continue with those I can do and look forward to keeping them up in the long term. Thanks so much Sarita and her team and I look forward to joining again soon.
