This was a genuinely horrendous experience from start to finish. Ordered a garden bench set 21st March, website marked it as dispatched a few days later. Weeks and weeks pass and nothing. Decided to open a case on paypal and hey presto this outfit gets in touch! First by phone from someone called Michael Mcginley - he starts off by telling me how confused he was that I dared to open a case on Paypal before contacting them. Felt like I was talking to a bailif. More weeks past and the messages started. My experience tells me this outfit have ZERO customer service, ZERO empathy for the customer and were only ever worried about me closing the case. To make things worse they use 'couriers' that dont have tracking and when the item actually arrived 29th April - 39 days later - I had to help unload it off the lorry since the 'courier' was on his own. Reading the reviews it is obvious what they do, as soon as a review is placed they write an essay response to hopefully dilute the effect of the original issue. No doubt there will be one following this review. Please ignore it and dont make my mistake - spend more and deal with professionals - which is what i wish I had done.

I bought the shed base units, they are good quality and delivery was prompt with communication with the delivery driver so I knew when to expect him. Would definitely look at using this company again
The product was great and has done exactly what we wanted, however the customer service I received was poor. Took 7 working days to despatch and zero tracking data offered. When I requested an update I had a very sharp response "I am sorry if you did not understand the lead time but it is based on working days, ie the weekends do not form part of the lead time". I deal with deliveries from Italy on a daily basis so understand lead times, the order confirmation states despatch in 3 days which is why I asked for confirmation of despatch, the response came across with a condescending tone which was not helpful. Not a great experience but happy with the products purchased.
Bought gym flooring from The Garden Range and had really good customer service. I was looking for good value, good quality flooring that was in stock and able to be delivered in time for Christmas but was also a bit nervous about spending around 200 with a company I didn't know. I called and spoke to a very helpful member of staff who was able to give me more information about both the flooring and delivery. I ordered via the website and received my flooring a few days later via DPD. There had been an error with the house name but this was dealt with swiftly by The Garden Range who called DPD to amend before calling us back to confirm everything was sorted. Extremely happy with both the service recieved and the quality of the flooring. And would confidently buy from them again. Thank you
I placed an order Sunday evening and the delivery was made Tuesday morning. Really impressed as standard delivery was 3-5 days, moreso with Christmas and Covid delays. Really good website to navigate and helpful information
I ordered 35 plastic shed base sections for a 7x5 shed. They arrived in 2/3 days. Unfortunately the delivery was two short, (anyone can make mistakes) but a quick phone call resulted in the two missing sections being delivered two days later. I thought that their rectification of the problem was A1.
