Although the staff are polite and friendly it does not detract from the fact that I was charged several hundred pounds for them to fix my boiler which is still not working. The issue it had when first called them in is the same issue I still have. Definitely won't be calling them again as would be throwing money down the drain.

Just had a boiler fitted. Really excellent service. From the point of enquiring about getting the boiler to having it fitted was about two weeks which is excellent in the middle of winter!! Would highly recommend.
Very good value, reliable, high quality and helpful. The Gas Shop replaced our boiler 10 years ago at a competitive price and regularly and reliably serviced it since. When we rebuilt they made very helpful proposals and undertook a great job in replacing the whole boiler and hot water system. Now servicing the new boiler and system.
Was recommended The Gas Shop after I'd had trouble with British Gas and SSE. Have had both boiler and gas fire serviced also repair to boiler. Was very pleased with workmanship - professional and polite engineers. Would not now return to the "big" energy providers for boiler/gas fire servicing/repairs after using The Gas Shop. Highly recommended.
I had a log burner installed last year by Terri and his team. Fantastic job he even sorted me out a plasterer and when the plasterer arrived he didn't have a tall ladder (I have high ceilings). Terry sent a ladder round to my house! Couldn't have been any more helpful. Money well spent I love it!
Contacted The Gas Shop, as our boiler needed replacing. We went with a Worcester Bosch boiler, as they are an accredited installer providing a 7 yr warranty. Very satisfied with their professional service throughout the whole process, and can’t recommend them enough!

Rock bottom customer service. Cancelled a gas fire repair with no explanation given. wasted my time.
