We weren't able to attend our tour because of COVID19 and the company helped us to sort out a refund. Good customer service.

The tour guide was great, cheesy as expected and the stories were fun and informative. Couldn't shut the windows due to covid which left us a little wet on this rainy night (not the company's fault) but there could of been a few more scares and special effects for the price of entry. All in all a good experience though
