I have, for some time, been following this company around to all the shows and exhibitions that they attend. As a "foodie", I taste and try as many products as I can to ensure I know where I can get the best.....in all categories. The Gift of Oil is undoubtedly "the best" available, and although it may initially seem on the pricey side, I promise anyone who takes a couple of bottles home, to try out for themselves......they will be back for more. The oils are "beautiful" !!! Smooth, subtle, but full of flavour. If I run out, I can hardly bear to "manage" with something from the supermarket....even their top of the range. As for the balsamic vinegars...especially the flavoured ones..well, they are something else. The collection is quite varied, and growing each year, and although we have our favourites, they are all "wonderful". I offer them with pride, as a dipping treat, with french bread, when guests call round. I create fantastic salad dressings that have turned my husband into a salad fan, after years of eating it under duress. I have discovered so many uses for it that I can only say, please try it.....you won't regret it, and you will be back for more. Enjoy...!!!
