In spite of a cautionary note about delays in delivery, my order arrived very quickly. Staff that I dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. In short, excellent service. Website could be improved on, but largely gives all necessary information required.

Responsive team, good prices compared to rivals. Would like more VAT-free silver options, but do have some. All mine tied up in vault - which was free for 12 months. So far, so good. Although, I don't think there's need for a letter and email as reciept confirmation.

Very good website, it's easy to narrow down to items of interest, or look through the whole set. Great presentation through photographs and all the information you could want. Ordering and delivery were easy and prompt, with secure packaging. The insurance looked to be sufficient, though obviously I never tested it. Similary, I haven't tried the sell-back process either, hence 4 stars rather than 5.
