The only redeeming feature of this place is the 2 cost for a pint. But that's where the positives end. Many of the staff need basic customer service training. I understand they're working hard and coping with Covid-19 restrictions but whenever you politely raise an issue they respond with disgust, bite your head off and make you feel guilty like you're doing something wrong when politely asking if your order went through/is on the way after waiting 30 minutes for one drink. A smile and friendly communication isn't hard and goes a long way.
Service really slow and food cold!! Me and hubby both ordered same breakfast but both missing different items. Not impressed sadly looked good but disappointed
Well..... it's a Wetherspoon's! Good value drinks and food. This is a busy place at peak times, the staff work hard to satisfy the customers, it's as you would expect. We ordered using the app. Our meal arrived before our drinks but I soon found them ready and waiting at the end of the bar. Plenty of parking spaces, shared with another eatery nearby. Parking charge at time of writing is 1 per hour. Other paid parking nearby. Recommended for a simple drink and meal, kids welcome, dogs not welcome.
Typical Weatherspoons really. When we visited it was pretty much the end of season. So not to busy. Ordering table service from the app was straight forward and quickly arrived. Service with a smile and a cheap tab. Whats not to like.
