My 7 month old cockapoo's fur had became tightly matted around her chest, causing her some discomfort. Took her to the groom room for a welfare groom. What a great job the team have done. Thoroughly recommend :)

Really great service. My husky Lou always comes away happy, smelling lovely having been given a full pamper session. Very reasonably priced and the girls are so lovely and caring. Thoroughly recommend.

My 6-7 months old Blue (Fawn) Chow-chow 2x with the Shedding groom package with half fur (head) dried but they charge you same price. Will not take my pet again & will cancel his next appointment.

Possibly the worst customer services I've ever came across. Awful, know it all attitude from staff who need some training in dealing with the public. Not much better with my dog either which is a shame as it used to be such a good place to use.

They cannot groom a long haired Yorkshire Terrier they did not do the hygene area as we asked did not trim legs and feet as we asked. Bad trim on tail will not be going there again.
