Don't even want to give them one star. They changed appointments 2 then just total cancelled the day before appointment. And try and speak to some one that has got an actual clue good luck.

The staff here are fab with my dog and hes not the most tolerant of others (dog or human!) but now he knows they treat him well he comes out beaming

Made a point of logging on to review after I took billy my young westie for his nails trimmed. Billy is petrified of his nails cut as the girls soon became aware, they were extremely comforting to my dog and cool as a cucumber doing what I find to be a very stressful task. They then spoiled him with cuddles, strokes and as many treats as he wanted. Also a very old westie was in beside him being groomed, and the affection towards her was outstanding. 5 stars.
