Took my puppy for 3 puppy grooms to get him used to the environment etc, then he had his first proper trim in January, I was anxious about how short they were going to go, but they are all so good at advising and listening and there was no need to worry 2 hrs later he came out looking the bees knees ,. Obviously we returned for his second clip this week and once again a lovely clip, all the staff really do seem to care and look happy in their job

My girl had her first groom by Dean today. She's quite nervous around men and with new experiences, but Dean really took his time to make her comfortable and calm her down. He explained all the treatments he thought she'd benefit from and why. He was able to let me know how she behaved during the groom and recommend ways we could get her less nervous when being groomed. Can't recommend enough

Excellent!! My little dog is disabled & quite nervous but the staff made him feel very special & did a great job. I loved the fact I only had to leave him for 2 hrs.

The first time we bought our labradors here they loved every moment of their groom (which was a surprise as they’re normally terrified of being groomed). We were extremely happy which was why we booked in again for another groom. At the booking stage I wrote in the notes that both dogs are scared etc and I warned the groomers again when we arrived. Upon collection (1hr later) we arrived to both my dogs having cuts on their pads and one of them still dripping wet as the groomers said they were too worked up to actually groom safely. I didn’t feel at all happy this time around and have since tried other groomers who’ve had no issues with my dogs. So, over all you could get a great experience like my first one of a bad one like my second. Either way I’d exercise caution if you are taking nervous dogs.
