AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! A bunch of thieving fraudulent people!!! Ordered various short bread house of Edinburgh biscuits totalling over 100. The order was delivered with a good number of the biscuits missing which I emailed along with pictures to the company. After a few email exchanges where I sent pictures, they completely IGNORED my emails. One week later being today, I placed a call to be informed there is nothing left for them to do. This was the message from the apparent owner of the business. Poor excuse of a company, poor excuse of customer service. Incompetent, unprofessional, unscrupulous! AVOID AT ALL COST!
