I ordered the Hatchbag a week before my new car arrived and about 10 days before I was due to take the car camping. I was contacted by email as I hadn't completed how I would like to set my seats up in the car. Claudia was so helpful in explaining the set up and suggested that I wait til the car arrives before we continued. As soon as the car arrived, I called Claudia and again amazing customer care from this lady. Claudia helped get the order prepared and turned around for my trip. Thank you Claudia. In terms of the actual Hatchbag, it is a high quality product and fits the boot of my BMW 2 Series GT almost perfectly. It's wipe clean and the company have thought of everything to help protect the boot. I added the tailgate and backseat protection with the seat splits and rear load protection. Literally making it Boxer dog and camping trip safe. I have one very small point to make regarding the fit, hence saying it fitted almost perfectly. The car used to make the Hatchbag instructions has a raised area for a net, my car did not have this and causes a raised crease in fabric which does not affect use, I'm sure that it's either an extra or no longer fitted to the GT? I reported back to Claudia who is going to let the design team know. Overall a great quality product, well worth the price, great customer care and support for blue light card holders . Would definitely recommend.

Product arrived stitched inside out so doesn't fit (which I only realised after 2 hours of struggling with fitting and emailing photos to Hatchbag). Only solution is for me to re package myself (I no longer have the box) and return to a drop of point (waiting a week on the returns label). A lot of effort for an error I had nothing to do with.

An exceptional product - I have bought three for each of our family vehicles. (The first one purchased over two years ago.) The Hatchbag is strong, well made, durable and easy to clean. It also fits perfectly in the back of each wagon. Id also like to thank Claudia who pushed my latest order through so quickly after my vehicle was delivered early due to COVID. Very impressive! Helpful people, prompt delivery and great end result. You need to bother to read all the instructions and install properly but the result is great and exactly what we need to protect our car from dogs, tip runs and general wear and tear. Highly recommended

I've had my Hatchbag for about 12 months now in my Kia Optima SW and thought it was about time to review it... A perfect fit for the car and incredibly well made. I've had all sorts of large bulky items in and out of the boot and it's stood up amazingly well. Two dogs have been in and out and we have had numerous sandy trips to the beach and the boot interior has been kept clean. Last weekend I took 18 sq metres of turf, soil and rubble to the tip, in my boot (it was a mess!) After the last trip, 10 minutes to brush, vacuum and sponge down and the boot was as good as new. Very little soil or dirt made it's way under the Hatchbag at all. Super impressed, have recommended you to others and will definitely be coming back when I change my car!

Brilliant customer service and a great well made product. The boot liner was really easy to fit and has coped with a wet and dirty Collie on a daily basis. As well as all the other junk I throw in the boot.
