Beware of this crowd.! My order was taken but delivery was not forthcoming. I eventually got through to them by calling The Hogfather Shop to cancel the order and they agreed to refund me. No refund came but two weeks later the item showed up. I contacted them again, they told me to return the item for a refund, which I did. Still no refund. They do not answer calls or respond to emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Ordered a jacket for my girlfriend nearly three weeks ago. No status, no tracking information, no replies to messages and no answer to (repeated) phone calls. Processing and shipping times can vary, but response to email and phone calls should be immediate. Exceptionally poor customer service and impossible to recommend this seller.

They are not answering emails about my order.Impossible to call them on phone it says its turned off. toThe order only says being processed....and i have already paid i ordered my stuff 14 july. No customer service at all!! ive got this SMS 20 September Hi Leo, it's Adam from The Hogfather Online. Just wanted to let you know that your order is being processed, extremely sorry about the delay. You should have the cables in the first half of next week. Thanks Well i still havent got my things! Today is 7 of Oktober. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

SCAM BEWARE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THE HOGFATHER. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received. it's been almost two months since I placed an order. no response to emails asking for updates on my order. if I hadn't gotten hold of the shop by phone 2 weeks after the order was placed I doubt that I would have been notified that the rim I ordered was currently out of stock in black from their supplier. I requested a time frame on availability and they said they would email me. a week later after repeated attempts to reach them by phone someone answered and I was told that they had emailed me, however I had not received it. They suggested I could get the chrome rim. great idea let's do that I said. it's been two more week now. no tracking number and no one responding to my messages requesting an update on my order or a refund. I posted a negative review on their other Facebook page the hogfather online along with all the other negative reviews from other dissatisfied customers. now that page can no longer be viewed. it's been a horrible experience that still isn't over, as now I still have to try and get my money back.

I bought a part about 4/5 months ago which broke, I rang and rang and rang but no answer, so I Watts zapped Adem, Andre said the WiFi and phones were out, fair enough I thought, so I gave it a few days but still nothing. He reads my messages on WApp but no reply. I was asking about warranty on the part, and or buy another one. He’s business is a joke.

This is the worst place to order something they will just take your money and never answer there phone or retirn e-mails. And what does your order is processing mean. I get an e-mail about once every month saying my order is processing. Worst place I have ever seen in my life. If you want to just give your money away just send it to me because you won't get your product.
