When it came to fitting the door the team who carried this out were very particular, precise and cleaned up everything after the work was complete. John and Alan arrived on Tuesday morning and we found them to be pleasant helpful and hardworking. They have replaced all of our windows and are now finishing a new back door. I received installation on 18.11.20. It took th form of a door and window. I cannot praise home design highly enough. After a bit of confusion from sales over the timescale of the job, it was very quickly and professionally put right. From that I was kept in the loop with every stage up to installation. Well what can I say about Sebastian? A courteous, professional guy who explained exactly what was happening. I left him to do the job and when I came home from work I was greeted with the WOW factor.Sebastian is truly an outstanding craftsman the job was completed to the highest standard. You would'nt have known there was any work done the place was immaculate with the sight of a stunning new door and window. I can honestly recommend the home design team but all praise goes to Sebastian. Well done home design.
