I have wanted a hot tub for years, and had been told by a close friend, that Kevin was the person to see at The Hot Tub and Swim-spa Centre. On entering the premises, I was greeted by Kevin who showed us around and was not only incredibly informative, but took the time to explain and answer all the questions we could throw at him. He wasn’t pushy with sales at all, and allowed Lorraine and I time to explore and enjoy looking around the showroom by ourselves. When we decided what hot tub to purchase to suit our needs. Kevin made it easy, from organizing delivery by crane, installation and complete setup for use. We use our hot tub all the year round, its especially fantastic to use throughout winter months. As for aftercare we have always found Kevin and Angela happy to help. Thank you.

Great product and service. The team were outstanding from initial purchase to installation. The Wellis tub is great quality and already get the feeling the family are going to get many happy years tubbing. Easy to maintain with just a minute a day to test and add the correct chemicals. Hot Tub & SwimSpa Centre keep up the good work.

Very impressed with the service here. No sell, sell, sell, just a font of knowledge and infectious passion. Had all the time in the world for me and answered all my (stupid?) questions. Had planned to think it over but ended up doing the deal right there and then. Highly recommend if you're in the market for a hot tub.

62 for some chemicals Amazon sell for half the price with more chemicals included. Anyways... Lovely place, the lady was very welcoming in the beginning. Then suddenly turned her nose up at me when I said I just needed chemicals for a hot tub that’s not as fancy as theirs. The man in the office just grunted all the time and wasn’t welcoming at all. I won’t be going back after feeling like it was too much of an effort. Edit: since I can’t make another review: Yes you grunted at the poor woman when she tried talking to you like it was too much of a problem that she was asking you a question. Well there’s a first time for everything, isn’t there? I didn’t find you very welcoming at all. But if I felt that I was looked down on, then I clearly felt that way. I wouldn’t just make up a story. I had no intentions of writing a review about the price until I was made to feel, I was an inconvenience to you. It’s all about the first impression and I wasn’t impressed. I have ordered from Amazon. 5KG for 30, test strips (100) for 4.51 and the PH 1.5kg for both 15 Starter kit - 26.00.... I remembered there’s a hot tub place, I’ll go check it out. But I couldn’t wait to get out. Even though I wanted to spend more on robes. I asked how to use the chemicals but with someone who needed help with this telling me to read the bottle wasn’t the best answer. I’m dyslexic But hey, thank God for YouTube. You say I can have a full refund but why would I want to go back? After the first time and now feeling threatened because I gave my opinion of my experience of how I felt. \u200d️ I don’t like writing up bad reviews. But this one I felt the need. My friends have seen your response and have said there was no need for you to become argumentative or rude.
