Unbelievable. We brought in our 14 year old long haired cat, who had heavy matting in his fur after not being able to visit the groomers due to Covid. His matting was completely gone, with no bald patches like other groomers and he is silky smooth, like a kitten again. This was our first visit and certainly won't be our last. Photo attached of all the fur that came off!
