The actual collection of the car went smoothly, and based just upon this we may of scored higher. We were told our paper work for the car had been put in the car glove box (although the covid rules seemed a bit relaxed here we tried to keep our distance) We looked through the paperwork straight after purchasing and noticed we didn’t have a receipt of purchase, we have asked for one 5 times now and 2 weeks later we’re still waiting. We have no record of us purchasing this vehicle or any record of them taking the car we part exchanged in with them. Luckily the finance company sent some paperwork through and we could see that the holding deposit hadn’t been knocked of the car or finance deal, when questioned over this the company claimed to of payed it back that morning without contacting us? Doubtful? Very! And it’s still yet to hit our bank account. Unfortunately I left my work keys in the car I part exchanged. After asking to come back to check the car I was denied access and I was assured they were not in the vehicle, a week later when they finally decided to check property and they were in there. After it had cost me 408 to have my van keys replaced, so they are now in possession of my property until returned which isn’t looking hopeful as like others have stated, he likes to ignore your messages once you’ve purchased the car and any problems arise. So we’re currently 658 down from using this company to purchase our new car. Avoid!
