You may have spent your entire pregnancy, like me, in a state of either full lockdown or trying to navigate the changing restrictions. My husband hasn’t been able to come to any of my scans which has been really hard. I have to say, I haven't been impressed with any of my NHS appointments, they have made me feel less supported rather than more. The best thing that we did together was this hypnobirthing course with the amazing Zoe Donkin. I was really quite anxious about the birth of our baby beforehand but now I have such a positive outlook on pregnancy and birth and very importantly it has given Jack a role. A bonus is the small community we have made with the other parents to be that we did the course with. Highly highly recommend - all mothers to be should do this course. Zoe is wonderful.

Zoe is a phenomenal teacher - warm, approachable and very knowledgeable. Her style was reassuring and I found her classes relaxing and sociable. The course content was so useful and made a huge difference to my birth experience. I was really relaxed in the run up to giving birth and during the birth itself because I was able to use the tools she had taught me and my husband. I also made some friends out of the class. Worth every penny!

Her sessions are full of extremely useful, practical advice that can be applied throughout pregnancy and birth. Zoe's approach is full of warmth and kindness and she has great skill in helping you tune into your own instincts and confidence. You leave sessions feeling nurtured and empowered. I wouldn't hesitate to book a course with her.
