Firstly, I've left 1 star as I can't leave none! Don't get your watch battery replaced here if it's waterproof! I got a battery replaced in my Tag and paid the standard amount so that it's sealed to ensure it's waterproofed. I've had many a battery replaced in this watch (paying the same amount) by 'In-Time' in Warrington and never, ever had a problem. However after having a battery replaced by this store I found it steamed up in the shower. When I took it back they said it's only waterproofed against 100mts pressure and not against steam, and I shouldn't wear it washing the dishes or in the shower, and it does say that on the receipt. However they don't tell you that when you enquire about replacement batteries for waterproof watches or when you had your watch over, or even when you pay and collect your watch. If I'd known that I wouldn't even be able to wear my watch washing the dishes I would have never taken my watch here in the first place. It's now just cost me 120 to have it fixed properly by 'In Time'. My son also got a battery replacement for his Tag (before I realised mine steamed up obviously) and the back fell off a few days later. If you have an expensive watch don't trust them with it.
