Relating to the incident at 27.08.19 I'd like to give a few examples of - in my opinion – disrespecting me and other agency workers by Daniela. FIRST EXAMPLE I was told to change the bag with empty packages (unfortunately I don't know how it's called). During the process Daniela told me to leave this, because there's something more important to do. She did it on purpose to let me know that I have to follow her orders no matter what. SECOND EXAMPLE Daniela told me to sweep the floor. There's nothing wrong with that. But she added her opinion that in the past the floor was better swept, because she carried on such task. I'm wondering what was the reason for such comment? Am I allowed to make opinions about her work and the way she does it? THIRD EXAMPLE Daniela told me to pull empty yellow bins to legs 1 and 2. I know when more empty yellow bins are needed at legs. The only reason she ordered me to pull more bins was that she was delighted she spotted me and she could – again – give me an order. It's a challenge to walk past her without being told that something is wrong and you need to do something about this. FOURTH EXAMPLE I was a witness when Karol was brushing the line and Daniela didn't like the way he carried out this task. She tried to speed him up saying in Polish “praca, praca, praca” (meaning “work, work, work”). If she has such manners probably agency workers should learn how is “work” in Romanian language and talk to her in the same way. She pushes people around and – in my opinion – she used to do this.

HGV Advice. Up dated 10/18 A brand new facility so loads of room to move about. There wasn’t a sign up for Jordans & Ryvita Co when I tipped there, but hopefully that will change! Normal check in at security, and FLT driver was spot on! Site rules have been changed so you must have full ppe for when your out your cab! FLT drivers are very careful which can take a bit longer but you don’t get a smashed up trailer or unit
