Usual bus service nothing special but then they being paid by tax payer who are funding a private bus company who charges some of the highest bus fares in Yorkshire. Uses clapped out old buses and gets tax concession for using clapped out bus which pore out huge amount of diesel into people's lungs and a ceo who pays little in company taxes.

Caught the 72 yesterday going into Skipton.Bus was spotless Hand sanitizer straight in door way.Driver was lovely and his standard of driving was brilliant.Caught same bus back Same driver He was just as pleasant As first time.His interaction with some tourists was brilliant Freely giving advice on times and fares. There was a few times he had to manoeuvre round idiots parked in illegal places on these narrow lanes.Didnt faze him at all.A very comfortable safe ride Thank you.
Others might moan but I have always found them reliable and a K Day is great value
Very friendly staff, always informative. Good with communication on updates on services and running times. Always trying to improve on service
