In August 2016 we paid 2300 up front a built in wardrobe in the rear bedroom of our house. I book two days off work to have them fitted. premier interiors told me that they would start work at 08:30 - 09:00. They turned up at 14:00 hours and the wardrobe turned up an hour later. They made a start and an hour later went home. Day two they turned up started work only to fine that the wardrobe backs were the wrong colour so they left. Two weeks later the backs arrived along with two fitters and made a start. Just after dinner he informs me that they have Two handles sort no hanging rail and one of the doors are damaged so they left. Three weeks and counting and they have still not contacted me. When you call the office the young girl just give you a load of bull. PLEASE PLEASE DONT LET THIS COMPANY IN TO YOUR HOME AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

We were promised a stress free kitchen, bathroom and WC install for a competitive price. Initially that is what we received, work started on time and tradesmen very competent. However we had to chase for work to be done at every turn, when things went drastically wrong with the bathroom (tile mismatch) we has a nightmare trying to get it resolved, nobody would take responsibility for the error each blaming each other (company, tradesman, supplier). It is now 2 months since start date and while 99% of the work is complete we are still waiting for the final seals in both kitchen and bathroom despite speaking to the company several times a week. considering the expense and the fact it had to be paid before work started we are extremely disappointed with the whole experience and would not recommend it to anyone, it seems that once they have your money the management have no more interest in you having tried numerous time to speak to them.

My husband and i paid 700 deposit for a kitchen,we then changed our minds and cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period,we heard nothing from the company. I contacted consumer advice ,they advised to contact my bank and to send a letter to The Kitchen & Bathroom Company stating i wanted my refund in x amount of days,this was ignored so i sent one stating we would pursue it in court,this was also ignored.I telephoned the office and the receptionist said someone would ring me that day,this happened on 3 occasions and no-one did contact us. Our bank pursued this and eventually 3 and a half months later we were fully refunded . Consumer advice also passed it over to Trading Standards. I would have put no stars but could not do this.

Having paid in excess of 7k for a new kitchen, the pain the after sales turmoil they put us through was disgusting. Work started on time and no complaints about the workforce or the quality of the work. Like a previous reviewer, the problems started with after sales service - there is none. They promise to return calls and never do - they ignore all correspondence. Management will not talk with customers or even acknowledge never mind reply to correspondence, decision making and acceptance of responsibility are not in their brief it seems. After 10 weeks of constant chasing and stress, I finally by-passed them and wrote directly to the makers of the Kitchen Electrical Equipment and pointed out that this problem, designated a safety hazard by their Engineer was being ignored by Concept Interiors. The makers responded within 2 days and resolved the hazardous safety problem within a week. Buyers beware - Concept Interiors want your money up front and that is where their acceptance of responsibility ends it seems. The management are spineless and incapable of decision making - a simple phone call or a visit to talk the problem through would have solved the problem. They leave all confrontation to the poor staff in their mis-named Customer Service Department. This company are a nightmare and to be avoided at all costs - use them at your peril, or like me, risk ill health through the stress that they will put you through.

Would definitely recommend, big thank you to kev and Shaun nothing was too much to ask for very conscientious, clean and excellent job all round. I ordered my bedroom furniture, paid my deposit, it took them 6 weeks to have the wardrobes and bedside units ready for installation, the man with the van that delivered it said pay in full or it stops on the van???? ok so I paid up. After the fitter had finished I examined it only to find that two of the wardrobe doors where wrong, and the two bedside units where the wrong size. OK they said we will put that right. After 4 weeks I inquired where they where? they said the wardrobe doors are ready but the bedside units have not come yet. I also told them I still had not had a receipt for the 4,600 yet, they promised to post me one. A week later I again inquired if they where ready to be told no, the wardrobe doors are here, still waiting for the bedside units. I again told them I have not had a receipt, they again promised to post me one out. So again today, 12 weeks after placing my order I went to ask if my order was ready, they said no, we have the bedside units but still waiting for the doors???? I now know I am being fobbed off as I told her it is funny but for the last 4 weeks you have told me that you have the doors, just waiting for the bedside units? somebody is fobbing me off, she then said without speaking to anyone that it was now all ready but the person who arranges the installation is on holiday this week so we can not give you a fitting date. I again told her that I was not happy and that I still have not had a receipt for the money I have paid, so far I am after 3 months, 4,600 out of pocket and still not got my bedroom furniture. she said that they will put one in the post? I am not holding my breath. Nor shall I ever use this company again. It is no wonder they want paying in full before they unload the van and fit their products, they have my money, I not got my furniture and they have both.

Thankyou for excellent service from design to fitting Kevin the fitter worked really hard and kept tidy made process as trouble free as possible.Would recommend them to anyone.
