After searching many shops in London & Brighton for my wife's engagement ring, I found this shop in the Lanes and met Tarik. He was extremely accommodating and really went above and beyond in terms of making sure I had the right stone on the right ring. Purchasing a diamond ring is a daunting prospect for someone like me who, other than my preceding research, knew very little about an item on which I was about to spend more money than I'm used to spending! Any trepidation I felt soon left and I swiftly became confident I was in the right place. We've since returned to buy our wedding bands and will no doubt be back in future. My advice for any grooms seeking a ring for their fiancee is.... don't buy anything until you've been here!

Jewellery & Diamonds in The Lanes, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1HB This shop & the manager/owner(Tarik) were amazing when my wife & I called or were window shopping late one Thursday. Tarik was so helpful & offered to sell us the ring at a discount that was unbelievable. Tarik persuaded us by agreeing to change the ring from yellow to white gold(Rhodium Plate) Two of the multi-coloured stones were changed & it was made slightly smaller. Our problem was we were leaving Brighton at 11am the next day! Again Tarik said no problem & were arranged to collect it the following morning. We arrived at 10.50 our ring was delivered just as we entered the shop. The ring was beautiful, it was to replace one of our rings that was stolen following a burglary. We cannot than Tarik enough or compliment him on being an excellent ambassador for Brightons Jewellery Dealers throughout The Lanes & Brighton itself. Tarik & the shop could not have helped us any more and his customer service is what others try to achieve/ obtain. Well done Tarik and if you are passing call in to see their stock & Im sure Tarik will make you a deal that you cannot say no to! Ignore the marked prices as Tarik really will make you want to buy as he did with us. Tarik could sell coals to Newcastle, but they would be the best & cheapest coals in Newcastle(joke) Thank you Tarik, is was two weeks ago & we are still so pleased with our ring purchased from you. You are a true gentleman & honourable as well. Thanking you, J & D S******
