I have a wedding to go to today and they still have my dry cleaning. I have phoned them repeatedly and there has been absolutely zero response. I have been to try and collect it several times a day and they have been shut regardless of if the time I go. I would highly recommend you avoid this place for any service that requires you leaving your stuff with them. This is disgraceful I have never had such terrible service.
We brought our clothes in on Tuesday and was told to collect 4pm Wednesday everyday since the shop has been shut! All my partners and baby’s clothes are there and the phone just keeps ringing out! We have no other contact for them and have no idea when we can collect our washing which we need urgently! No signs have been put up to explain why the shop is shut! Absolutely disgusting service!
Was really impressed with the quality of service. Really friendly and helpful. Will be using you guys again!
