If you have no clue about lettings like me, their dedicated team make it so easy and headache free that you can tell them your needs and they will do everything they can to accommodate you. I can highly recommend using the lettings co Leicester for any of your property to rent or sell. They are far above from some of the other agents we have come into contact in past. I rented my house in Leicester with them for 6 months and later decided to sell it. They have sold my property very quickly, providing on going support through each stage of the sale & gave realistic advice support and input when needed. Without a doubt if you are thinking of selling your home or renting it out go straight to the lettings co. Leicester for the service you should expect and deserve.

The lettings company have been fantastic!! Always a warm welcome when going into the office, polite and always gets any problems we have had with the house sorted straight away. There always a phone call away and nothing is ever too much trouble. We have been delighted with all the girls that work in the office, never anything but happy, smiley and a warm welcom. We would defiantly not hesitate in recommending them to any of our friends or family. Great lettings agents and we will be sad to leave them when we finish university. The student lets have always been easy to sort out, sign contracts and collecting keys. If your looking for a student house defiantly look here! If you are looking for any student accommodation in Leicester, I would recommend The Lettings Company. Not only for the ease of finding a property, but pricing makes it affordable. The staff here are a delight to talk to, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. All of the members of staff are approachable, even if one has a complaint or even a query. p.s Alexis and Rachel are the 2 members of staff that i have personally spoken to, and with out a doubt, either of these two, are the people whom you should speak with.

My other half and I decided to go with the lettings co because they were one of the few estate agents to respond to my email about a property we were interested in. The staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and worked tirelessly to find us a property we were happy with in our preferred area. They are very good at responding to their emails and answering any questions or queries you may have. Although we considered other estate agent because of the properties they had available we decided to go with the lettings co because there was no competition with the hard work, dedication and enthusiasm they show, and how welcome they make us feel every time we go into their office. Almost three months into renting our first property through the lettings co we have no regrets, are very happy and have signed onto a second year with the lettings co.

Service was brilliant! Saw 3 properties all really nice and fell in love with one straight away! Being back at the office we realised a struggle financially to pay there and then for the full deposit etc, manager was really helpful and gave us time to pay the deposit! Overall great experience and would recommend :)

If I could give a rating of 0 stars then I would, this has been without a doubt one of the worst companies that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. For a start they tried every single avenue that they could think of to extract as much money as possible from me and my housemates, from denying that summer retainers had been paid to raising deposit amounts. Next up they consistently hang up on you when you are trying to ask questions and sort out their blunders, this is especially stressful for anyone that is new to living on their own and doesn't have an idea of how the rental market works and is to the point where the stress can actually cause physical illness. If you listen to one thing that you read on the internet in your entire life it should be this; DO NOT USE THE LETTINGS CO TO FIND YOUR STUDENT HOME.
