Organised a kitchen worktop to be fitted by this company and it was planned six weeks ahead of time. They came and templated up without any problem as arranged. We then called 2 days before fitting was due to find out what time they would be coming and we were then told it's been moved as the team had problems installing another clients worktop. At this point we already had a plumber booked in to install a hot tap who was going to be there in the afternoon and we would incur an additional day rate for the plumber to return and Mike at The Little Granite Workshop just laughed. Turned out the reason why we had our kitchen delayed by 3 days was because he had sent his team off templating for more work while we were waiting for our kitchen worktop to be fitted. Not ideal with two small children and you have nowhere to cook. Poor communication. Bad customer service.

Great service, polite and professional team
After visiting many kitchen worktop shops, this was out last stop and I am very glad we did pop in, as they have been brilliant from the beginning until the end. Paul was great ensuring that we were 100% on the right top and what was needed at the beginning, and Simon and his team were fantastic at making sure the worktop fitted perfectly and it did, in all three parts of our kitchen, including a large island with 2 end panels. Highly recommended!
