Good prices for water softener tablets, it's my go-to place for getting good value packs. Easily accessible off the A406 and staff are always helpful to load up the bags into the boot and friendly.

Block salt and price very good but customer service leaves a lot to be desired, admittedly only one individual. Having been told in the past to always turn my engine off as he didn't want the fumes (bearing in mind i was driving an electric car at the time thought that was really pathetic) today i arrived fully PPE'd masked and gloved and i requested to put the block salt directly into my car so there would be no one else involved, i was told that i wasn't allowed to touch the product and someone would have to do it for me. Needless to say the person who placed the block salt in my car was gloveless and maskless and picked up the cash i placed on the counter without a problem . I was told that he used hand gel and that was why i couldn't touch the plastic bag containing the salt s I only had gloves. Well didn't use Gel prior to placing the salt in my car, and of course I have no way of knowing what he had in his hands since the last time he applied the gel. I'm pretty sure that like Health and Safety, Covid will now be another excuse for some to \make it up as they go along\ and a wonderful excuse to be as consumer unfriendly as they think they can get away with. Will continue to use as the remainder of staff I have come across are perfectly nice, friendly and reasonable, and their salt products are good and well priced.

WARNING DO NOT TRUST - if you are just buying salt, they are probably ok, but if you require any kind of installation DO NOT USE THEM. They caused substantial damage during installation and, despite admitting it, did nothing about it. We've had to endure the leaks for almost two months which included Christmas. They were supposed to install a water softener and Quooker and ended up causing massive leaks in our kitchen - it is now 7 weeks later and the leaks have continued. They don't even care. Seriously, even if you have to pay a bit more, go elsewhere - it's not worth the hassle. Find someone competent, not self-confessed negligent installers. To top it off, and despite never replying substantively to any of my calls and e-mail, \Bob\ called me today to chase payment and called me names for not paying. Unbelievable. They are negligent and really should not be in any kind of business (ironically, Bob did lecture me that this is \how business works\. I'm not sure when \business\ became a byword for egligence\. PM me if you want more details and I'd be happy to share the details - I'm warning everyone who will listen so they can avoid dealing with a disaster.
