Our Services Include: Criminal Defence Investigation Security Consultancy and Risk Assessment and Management Crisis Management GDPR and Information Security Training and Advice As part of the vision for our company, we donate 20% of our time and resources in assisting people who need our help but are not in a position to pay our usual fees. This includes acting as Defence Investigators for several high profile “Miscarriage of Justice” Cases which, due to the Criminal Appeals funding system in the UK, currently no longer qualify for Legal Aid. We provide an expert examination of the original prosecution case, including the use of covert policing tactics, phone analysis, potential misconduct and other lines of enquiry not examined at the time. We can also provide investigative and support services to: People who believe they have been the victims of serious sexual assault who are considering a Civil or Private Prosecution Workplace investigation relating to sexual or other harassment Wrongful or Malicious Accusation, leading to conviction, dismissal, reputational damage Advice on the protection of Journalistic or other confidential contacts or sources Protection of whistleblowers If you need our help, please make contact by phone or email.
