James cremated our cat, Willow in December and when Mr Fred passed we didn't hesitate to contact him again. I called James during the evening and he collected our beloved cat from our vets early the next day. He is incredibly respectful and understanding. I wholeheartedly recommend The Meadows.

James makes the hardest times of losing your furbaby, so much easier. He looked after us from start to finish, just as well as he looked after my Angel. A truly kind and compassionate man with a 10 star service. James will even plan his day around your needs and requirements. Thank you James, I will never go anywhere else for my furbabies. If the system would allow for more stars, there would be 10 of them here!

We unexpectedly lost our cat recently and contacted James to arrange cremation. Being in the veterinary profession ourselves we are familiar with cremation services and the process. James exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful service. He gave us space to say our goodbyes to Scampi privately and was respectful and professional. We now have positive memories from what should have been a difficult day.

James was amazing. He took care of my baby boy Scrooge in his last steps. James was so understanding and caring about the whole process and was so empathetic, knew exactly how we were all feeling. He gave us seeds to plant in Scrooges favourite sun spot which was a lovley touch. We definitely recommend James. Thank you for taking care of him.

Words cannot express how grateful we are to James for his care and compassion in the recent loss of our little dog Alfie. We know that he was treated with the upmost of respect and the attention to details when we got him back was such a comfort.The card,seeds to plant and even a lock of Alfie's fur in a liitle bottle ,showed just how much thought and love James put in to mark the passing of a very special boy. We visited The Meadows and met James and he was just so respectful and understanding of our grief. It truly is a very special place and we are so comforted that Alfie's last place was so perfect.Thank you so much James.We will never forget what you did.
