I would give 0 stars to the reception staff if I could. We were held at the reception for too long with a crying toddler on our hands. They couldn't believe we hadn't received a confirmation letter and a registration form by email though I had called them two days in a row and they couldn't fix that. As for the doctor paeditrician we expected a more thorough examination.

If you are not even honest about the small things, how can you expect others to believe you will be honest about the big things? Let me tell you about my experience: They have a policy where they charge you 2 for a mask, which at the beginning of the crisis at least they did *not* notify patients (or, at least, me) about when booking the appointment over the phone (maybe it was in their fine print) I said at reception that I did not want to pay the fee. They offered to give me a mask for free, so I went ahead with the appointment. However, they went ahead and charged my card. I sent them an email which did not get replied to for three months. I received a reply saying that their sign outside the clinic clearly states that masks cost 2. I wrote back to the person re-explaining that I did not ask to purchase a mask but was offered one for free. However, she did not reply for a month. I called today and a lady with an uncooperative attitude picked up the phone, first saying to me her manager was on another line, then saying she was not willing to speak to me and asking me to send another email. When I stated that I had sent an email already, they said to me they were not willing to speak to me any further and said they were sorry.
