Cardiff St Marys street. The rudest people I have EVER came across. Poor & inaccurate service information, bad manners and not 1 bit professional at all. "Tee" the delightful specimen, after being as good as useless and giving me the run around twice today wasting my time.. words were exchanged on my way out the door.. (along with my toddler) ..to turn and see this disgrace of an employee JUMPING up & down behind the glass like an animal whilst still shouting profanities i wasnt fully able to make out what it was saying, the other 2 gormless employees just stood and watched like giggling children. If it wasn't for a friend having her jewellery in that shop for whom I obtained the loan for, I wouldn't step foot through that door again. Customer services have been made aware of this and will be dealing with it once the footage has been reviewed. It's an absolute joke that people "AT WORK" would behave like that. Your employer must be thrilled to have you. So.. with that said, anyone in need of The Money Shop id strongly advise using another service or pawn broker.. if not then AVOID this store and go to Newport!

Always the best rates in town. The staff are very friendly and chatty, asked me where I was going and if I'd been before. Seemed like they really had time to serve and get to know me. I'll always go there from now on and tell friends to do the same!
Used this shop recently friendly people in there and had the best Euro rate in Cardiff too. Would recommend.
I come here with my wages as I get paid in cheques, great rate every time, I appreciate the speed of service. furthermore the staff are friendly and professional.
