Staff were rude to me...Should be sent on customer service skills courses...

I am a regular customer, I went there today the branch was empty two staff sitting and chatting while I am waiting to be served. Once she decided to serve , she was rude no please no thank straight to like "what do you want?" I felt like walking out the way she talked . Never going there again.
