Great taster lesson of SUP with a fantastic tutorial from Caroline. Four of us complete novices were shown at an ideal pace to progress to the advanced level by the end of the session. All Equipment provided was of top quality and the lesson was held in a calm safe environment. Highly recommend for all ages and abilities
