Cute little coffee place in the middle of Wargrave village. The art and decorations are a little too oddball (maybe eclectic) but the staff were pleasant and friendly and the food options looked good. There's even a cute mezanine level with super-low ceilings which is fun for kids.
Great cosy restaurant with a homely feel. Amazing quality food. You get alot for your money, also if you want a big meal go for the large breakfast
This is hands down one of the best breakfast cafes in Southern England. They offer fantastic food and in very generous portions. The chef is a gifted woman with a bold style. The coffee is very well done as well. The location is a very home like setting, almost walking into your own comfortable livingroom with warm leather sofas and mismatched wooden tables and chairs. There is also a lovely back patio with outside seating and dining. If you want an amazing breakfast or lunch, the Old Post Office Wargrave never fails to please.
Lovely little cafe. Slightly rustic yet charming. Great coffee and snacks. A quiet place to meet with a friend to chat for hours or sit and read alone in their reading room... Can’t wait to go back! Just hoping they’ll start serving afternoon cream tea. That’s a favorite of mine. :)
Dirty floors and tables. Service very slow and food expensive. It is lucky for them that there is no competition.
Terrible service. Been here before & the service was not great then but today I ordered & paid for a coffee. 10 mins or more passed so I asked if my coffee was coming.....the 2 young assistants were too busy chatting & my order had been completely forgotten! It had been written on a pad but I was asked again what sort of coffee I wanted. The only other two customers (a couple) had already been served their order. No excuse. Suggest you change the staff....
Bike ride stop - had poached egg on brown with proper thick cut bacon. Sausages looked good too.
