I am very very happy with The Open Window Company! We had all new windows fitted in our house and new back doors! There was a slight delay with our install but the team kept me updated and were able to attend 2 days later! It has been such a pleasure dealing with The Open Window Company. Simon and his team are extremely professional and courteous, and they have fantastic product knowledge. No hard sell, no pressure. Simon goes above and beyond to ensure you receive the best customer experience. I had an outdated front door with a broken lock that was in desperate need of replacement. Simon came over to discuss the options available. He then came back with his fitters to do a site survey, as part of the job involved knocking down a wall and replacing flooring, so it wasn’t completely straightforward. On the day of the installation, the fitters arrived early, and worked non-stop until the front of my house was completely transformed! I am now the owner of a modern, contemporary front door, and I love it!! Thanks so much to everyone at The Open Window Company – I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who needs replacement windows, doors or a new conservatory!
The Open Window company was recommended to us by friends and they couldn't have been more right. Excellent customer service and great quality of work and products. From the very first visit to post installation, Simon and Shelley kept in touch (with regular updates and providing various ideas to get things right for us) during the whole process and they are simply the loveliest people to deal with. Same goes for Glenn and Ben who installed the windows, they were very professional but also fun to have around. They even went above and beyond by fixing our back door which wasn't part of the project! We had a total of 7 windows, of all shapes and sizes, replaced with new modern ones. The quality is great and they look even better. Needless to say we are very happy customers.
