HUGE RELIEF!! These guys were expert, friendly, fast, magicians. Two weeks ago, I dumped a full cup of deeply-brewed tea all over my sentimental silk and wool rug, then rubbed it cleaning chemicals, then, when that didn't work, tried another chemical that interacted with the first chemical and left me with a crusty dark mess with the tufts burnt off. While I, helpfully, sat down and burst into tears my partner phoned these guys. After talking with Scott, I knew if anything could be done, these guys were going to figure it out. Trusted them completely, and their charge was a lot less than I expected (300) to pick up the rug, do an analysis, spot-treat the area with their magical enzymes, clean the whole 8'x10' rug, dry it and return it. I wish I had a photo of the finished product, but it's AMAZING -- virtually impossible to tell anything was wrong, if you look for it and totally unnoticeable if you're not seeking it out. Thank you guys!! Highly recommend!
