I bought a throw from The Painted Bird which was faulty (so many loose threads that small holes were forming). The owner of the boutique refused to refund me despite the item not being fit for purpose. I consciously made this purchase as I wanted to support small independent business, so was extremely disappointed to be treated this way.
Endless beautiful homewares and jewellery. A range of prices, but all excellent quality.
