The old lady that works here, with the short blond hair is so miserable and rude it puts me off going into the shop, it's so cramped you can't get access to the second till, and she just stands there shouting \can I help you\ even though you can't reach her when another customer is at the first till, she seems to have an attitude when you want to send or collect parcels, she is totally unhelpful when it comes to using the machine to send parcels back, the whole time I was there attempting to send a parcel, I didnt have a clue how to use the machine, she was moaning about another member of staff, to another staff member, unfriendly, unprofessional and off putting, I like to support my local shops, but staff like her are the reason I don't, when I complained she made a half hearted attempt to show me how to send the parcel back. The other girl with dark hair and the fellow that works there are really to be nice to be fair, .
