The best value and service available for phone repairs in Bristol. The staff really know what they are talking about and use the best quality parts when doing the repairs which a lot do not! always super happy to answer any questions no matter how silly they may be and always go the extra mile which is greatly appreciated. Thanks for saving my life over the years!

I’ve used the phone shop twice recently. The first time they fitted a new battery in my dads iPhone, they were really efficient and had it fixed in less than 40 minutes, also I thought the cost was very reasonable. The second time I visited was because the ringer an my iPhone kept turning itself off, they took it away for a few minutes to give it a clean and it sorted the problem instantly, I asked how much I owed and they said no charge. Such lovely people and truly amazing service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic service. My phone was damaged today and it was fixed quickly and professionally within half an hour . I cannot rate The Phone Shop highly enough. Have used them over the years but today’s fix was the one that brought the most relief ! Thanks guys for being so efficient and brilliant at what you do.

I took my phone to Zac and Shane after dropping it down the toilet. I had no hope and thought I’d have to get a new phone. They did an amazing job, very professional and a prompt service. My phone is working and good as new. Would highly recommend
