Honestly one of the best pies I've ever had and my partner had 'sandwich of the week' and I had food envy. If you're in the area for lunch, takeaway or food for a walk then here is a the place! Oh a what a lovely owner .

Walked past The Pie Shack the first day we were in Lynton, and the only way to describe the smells emanating from there was 'Heavenly'. How we resisted getting one that day I do not know. The second day when we walked past our resolve was not quite as strong, and we bought three mini steak and ale pies for our dinner that night. The temptation to eat them then and there was strong, but we resisted, and they made for an amazing dinner that night. Highly recommended place for all your pie-scoffing needs. Good prices, amazing taste, and a super lovely pastry. All served to you with a smile and the wonderful smells of freshly baking pies. An absolute credit to Lynton.
A fabulous pie, I'll be back soon. I would have put a pic, but I ate it too quick it was that good.
