We are disappointed by the customer care and the way ending our contract was handled. We thought being a customer for 12 years and never missing a payment would be good enough reason for them to end our contract with 1 month's notice but this wasn't the case. We have to pay in full for the last 3 months but of course the tap can be removed immediately. Doesn't feel really fair to be honest.
