It’s The Range, you’ve got everything you could quick buy. Some things I’ve found have not last long or become faulty due to manufacturers but with a receipt and a brief explanation, the staff are more than happy to help refund or replace an item. I find the staff are somewhat professional but more of a family friendly vibe when speaking to, which is refreshing. You have a big selection of everything and could almost find anything in here and a very reasonable price. Great place to buy thing for the house!

To save me going into the shop unesacerily I stepped just inside the front exit to ask a supervisor/manager a question (she was stool beside the tills in front of the exit) whether they sold a particular product. She proceeded to have a rant at me not once listen to me telling me to use the in door which is a meter away I did have my ppe on. That particular area was not busy at all she used pure rudeness it was an abuse of her customer also her position. I left the shop without saying anything more!!!!

Aylesbury the Range is very tidy unlike a lot of other branches with unpacked boxes and messy shelves clearly on display. They also provide a decent variety of goods as expected especially with the inclusion not the Iceland section. Since COVID they have done as well as any in maintaining safety measures. Missing the last * to make it 5* as there wasn't much of a staff presence on shop for to ask for help. I managed without however others may have not.

Staff smoking outside the entrance where children parking is located doesntvlook good and I don't appreciate my baby having to breathe it in as I'm getting him in and out the car

Fabulous staff, really helpful, unfortunately lots of stock was in the aisles and in cages blocking products, will go back and see if its any better soon.
