Despite the empty shelves to aisle one, we found it to be a great place to shop, plenty of choice. More room could be given to stationary perhaps. Iceland at the end was a surprise. Most enjoyable.

Visited this store recently after having boycotted it for some time as i was fed up with the constant missing price tickets on shelves having to waste may time and till staffs time asking for price checks . after giving up on buying a coat rack as they were in correctly priced decided to buy coat hooks instead the whole section in correctly priced . watched as staff members are then instructed to scratch out wrong tickets . How does this help the customer the price on the shelf should be the price you pay first rule of retail ! Complained about this before to the management they just say head office is looking in to this they have been looking in to this problem since the store opened . In effective managers one of which is downright sullen and rude refused to honour the price even though it s the stores error saved the company around 1 but have lost a customer . The only saving Grace literally was Grace a new staff member who tried her best to help me suggest you promote her to a management position as she would be a great deal better than the one you have an asset to your company . Would rather use B and M Tonbridge as the price you see is the price you pay and the staff are helpful . Shame because the stock you carry is good but the shopping experience is woeful . The two stars are only for the lovely Grace .

Large Range store with a wide selection of homeware goods available. There is even an Iceland tucked away in the corner... slightly odd. Quality is pretty good and prices are very reasonable. Some good finds to be found here. Staff are friendly.

Good place, you'll find everything you looking for here. From bedding to gardening. Tools and kitchen accessories. This place also has a small Island area inside to buy frozen products, and other goodies.

Everything you need! The only down side is there's always so so so many things that aren't priced or labelled it's so irritating
