I have been using the Replace Base for many years now. Some items are not cheap in comparison to other vendors but I have found that you will ALWAYS receive high quality (as opposed to cheap items from other sources that don't last long), great customer service and the easiest website interaction. Cannot recommend them enough. Nothing other than a positive experience.

I ordered 3 items lcd display,battery, lcd screen protector after when i trying to install the lcd display and connect battery to the ipad i notice lots of smoke come out also i did notice that the tiny connectors on the lcd display was faulty no gap between connectors what has make this explosion and you can see this only when you make a picture and zoom in this very close.After reporting this problem and sending back all parts customer service are refused to refund money for this items.Very bat quality parts do not waist your time and money.My device is not repairable anymore.

I recently had an issue with a battery I'd bought around 6 months ago. I emailed expecting a long wait so I was pleased to have a response within an hour or so. After a quick discussion/check, the item was replaced without question. All companies have the occasional issue with faulty items but what differentiates the good from the bad is how they deal with problems. I'm pleased to say Replace Base offer superb customer service and support so I will definitely be a returning customer.

Replace base is the perfect place to buy anything and everything repair wise, whether it's tools, parts, accessories - they've got it! they offer spot on customer service for trade accounts or not, with quick replies. i've had to return a few things and they do a great job in that respect. couldn't recommend enough!
