Sorry to leave this negative review. But very unorganised. The smell of my cat upon collection was disgusting. Upon collection we got given her cat bed and toys soaked through in cat urine, all of which had to be disposed of. Would not recommend.

I have used several catteries in the area over the years, and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. My much adored cat was very wary/shy of anyone other than me, being a Maltese street cat by birth. Over the 4 years that I have trusted them with her, Rosie and Barrie and their staff have bombarded her with loving attention to the point where she is no longer a scaredy cat at all. I have absolutely no worry about leaving her with them. There's probably nothing that they don't know about cats, the environment is wonderful. May they never retire!

Me and my partner visited Rosie and Barrie and ended up with a gorgeous brown spotted Bengal. They prepared her and we had nothing to worry about at all. The cat herself was the most beautiful cat I have ever seen and this is thanks to they careful breeding. Sadly our kitty passed away and once we are ready to have another Bangal cat, no doubt I will be ringing Thyphast Catery!
