Ordered in late January, was told my rug was on back order. Enquired by email a month later and was told it would be in that week and immediately dispatched to me. Trying to call them but the landline its not working ( I am calling them but all I get its our office is now closed and that they are open 9:30-17:30 monday to friday and I am calling within those hours and you can't even speak to them. SHOCKING !!! Can't even get my refund!!!

Enquired again a couple of weeks later and was told they don't deliver to my address and they were issuing me with a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service.

Bought a beautiful rug 120x170. The rug fits perfectly in the area I placed it and looks amazing. Delivery was fast and the rug looks absolutely stunning in my living room. There was a sale on when I bought it last week so the price was great an absolute fantastic purchase. Will definitely order with them again worth every penny.
