Having decided to invest in a pair of Ski Boots, I looked at all the options, near and far and post CV19 lockdown chose to support the local business. And I absolutely made the right choice. There was good communication beforehand confirming there was plenty of stock on site, despite being end of season. I was given a warm welcome and a cup of coffee, and went through the very thorough measuring process. Sat; Stood; Mondopoint; width (last!), and then the boot options started to arrive. Scott patiently explained the optimal fit, the options, the different toe box styles, and helped me get a great boot for what I needed. He listened to my needs and in return offered Plenty of experienced advice and expert tips. Thoroughly recommended.

I've been skiing half a dozen times and thought it about time I got my own boots rather than rentals. I'd watched their 'Boot Fitting' overview video beforehand so knew roughly what to expect but I was very impressed with the dedication shown by the staff who spent a great deal of time and expertise to ensure I had the best fitting boots. I didn't feel as though they were trying to sell me the most expensive boots either.

Highly recommended. Just bought a whole new ski touring set up - impressive service all round: expert advice from Scott on skis, bindings etc. and a great boot fitting from Dudley. Haven't actually skied with the new kit yet - but very happy with the choices made and confident that, if needed, I'll get further advice & support from Skiers Lounge.

What a great experience, the skiers lounge is where to get you ski boots fitted. A great choices of boots, great knowledge, awesome service (tea and coffee on tap), phone charges in the fitting area. Extremely well set out in terms of COVID prevention. Just want to get on the slopes now to try my new boots.

I recently ordered a pair of Hestra liners on The Skiers Lounge website. The ordering process was simple and easy to use. Once I placed my order I had a query so I called up and the member of staff who picked up was super lovely and helpful. The gloves have now arrived and they are exactly what I was looking for! Would purchase again from Skiers Lounge!

I knew the moment I spoke to a member of staff that The Skiers’ Lounge was my sort of shop. My questions were answered perfectly and I placed my order for a boot dryer on-line, which was straight forward and easy. I received an email informing me that the model I’d selected was being superseded and rather than keep me waiting for the manufacturers to return to work I would be receiving an alternative which would be better. Such commitment, I just wish we needed new ski kit to give them a decent order. Thank you, you are a wonderful company to deal with.
