I had my first Smiddy last night and the weeks of excitement were well worth the wait. Everything was so delicious and distinctively different to each other. The brisket was melt in the mouth and moisture, the pork butt was full of flavour. The BBQ beans we packed full of meat and I'm glad I ordered two portions. The BBQ and Cherry habanero sauces were both amazing. I can't recommend it more highly. I can't wait until I'm not working to go and try their new smash burgers next. Edit: Sadly I was working both days the burgers were available. I'm devasted, I hope the one time only thing isn't true.

As new experiences go this was a definitive one. The first impressions and location immediately felt like a passionate cause. The service and food only compounded that impression. My wife and I had a fantastic meal and a wonderful time, also met some very interesting people. Cannot recommend highly enough.
We were recommended The Smiddy BBQ by our friend and just so happened to be their opening night. We are massive fans of Texas BBQ and could not believe our luck when we managed to a order in same day. The food was amazing! Meat was very tender, nice smoke ring in the brisket, ribs to die for, full of flavour. The leftovers the next day was even better on sandwiches, pastrami on fresh crusty bread. Really excited for our next order and look forward to watching you grow! BBQ on!!!!
