We were extremely happy to hear a Thai takeaway was coming to Gotherington as my husband and I have been to Thailand many of times and love the food there. We had our first Thai takeaway from there last week and we will definitely be ordering again, the flavours were good, all round delicious... definitely recommend the prawn pad Thai and the healthy chicken with cashew nuts with steamd rice, also the spring rolls and dipping sauce was delicious... Good Luck to Lin and Neil it was lovely to meet you both in person and see you again soon.

First time ordering from The Smiling Thai. Lovely home cooked traditional Thai food. Certainly will order again and will try something spicey next time. All dishes ordered were lovely. Would recommend people give it a try.
Had our first takeaway tonight. It was fantastic and felt very authentically Thai. All of the dishes were tasty and felt home cooked. The prawn pad Thai was particularly good. All the best to Lin and Neil for their new venture, so pleased it is in Gotherington.
