First impressions, Jane is an amazing teacher. Very professional. organized and friendly. She keeps the children engaged whilst being mindful of safety first. Facilities are ultra clean and well looked after. Comfortable and very welcoming.

My rating reflects the manager and not the teachers. If i could leave a zero star rating I would! Very rude and unprofessional when raising safety concern about have 16 people in a class with a pandemic happening so no form of social distancing as per STA and government guidlines. The woman even had the audacity to threaten me with solicitors and she stalked my private Facebook. She fails to respond to emails as she clearly does not like there being an audit trail and so leaves threatening voicemails instead and then banned myself and my daughter from the pool after refunding me a full term...not that I would risk mine or my daughters health in returning there! The owner cares more about money than the pupils welfare. i have since reported her to the council and I am certain I will not be the only parent to do so or to report her to trading standards. Wish I had read reviews before taking my daughter there as I see I am not the first to complain about her. I've even heard staff complain about her and how nasty and money driven she is. Its no wonder that the teachers leave there and move to more reputable swim schools. I do not fault the teachers at the school, they are amazing. Please read all the reviews as there are some 'good' reviews here that I do not feel are true. Tiny pool, building falling apart, mouldy, no shower facilities and toilets that barely flush. She will also take 2 lots of money on your first month and gives a lame excuse when questioned about this. She needs to be reported to trading standards, STA and council. ***Avoid like the plague***
Worst swim school I have ever come across and the owner is absolutely shocking. I’m not sure how anyone can say this place is clean when there is a walkway with mould over it. In the summer the pool air heating was over 40 and in the winter the walk way to the changing rooms has frost inside it. Really not nice running through that walk way with a baby after a class. Really disappointed and definitely not worth the money. We go to another swim school now and the experience is amazing. Definitely do not swim here try other swim schools around.
Good quality Swim Teaching with good pool facilities & plenty good equipment available. Management disappointing. Average service for area with good teachers, management should be extremely grateful for such dedicated staff.
Arrogant management, dangerous swim school. - The pool is attached to a house which isn't fit for purpose. Thrown up at minimal cost to make money. - No heating in the changing rooms because the management are too cheap to put them in. - Too few changing rooms with covers that don't go across properly. Prepare to be exposed. - No lockers. They expect you to leave all personal belongings open to public. - Not enough ventilation as mildew is in several locations. Doesn't take alot of resolve that issue. - Parking is atrocious. Often you are trapped in as there's only a handful of spaces and they cram too many into classes - Witnessed a mum fall over and break her arm as the mats don't cover the floors properly. Lucky the child wasn't hurt. - Mrs Hussain the owner literally couldn't care less about the issues as long as the money keeps coming in. Avoid this swimming pool at all costs.
